One of the best buffets you can find in Manila is at Sofitel, Spiral Buffet, a French atelier buffet. It has been reviewed on many YouTubers channels with rave reviews. A Live band can be found playing on the spiral staircase (hence the name ‘Spiral’). We were there during Christmas so a towering Christmas tree decorated the foyer.
Before heading to the salad bar or main course dinner selections, I would suggest going to the dessert section and get some Macaroons before they run out. We found out too late and by the time we were ready, they were all gone!
One of the main attractions is the cheese room as you will find a line waiting to get in. It has a wide selection of cheeses and cured meats. Make sure to stop here which is just outside of the Japanese section.
How to get here
Spiral buffet is inside Sofitel Hotel which is on the Manila Bay seawall beside the abandoned Manila Film Center in Pasay. It is right beside Seascape Village.

Price and details
Prices range from 3900 for lunch and 4k+ for dinner. Sunday brunch with Champaign is about 5k+. It works out to about $60USD to $100USD per person. Kids are the half price I think but please call and check.
Drinks are not included which is a shame but not a deal-breaker. I usually have water anyways because sugar makes you full, which in turn, means less space for the delicious food!
If you are looking for a luxurious buffet experience, Spiral is the place to go. Enjoy the manila Sunset and poolside bar before or after dinner. Great place for that Instagram moment.
