Seascape Village. overlooking Manila Bay is Manila’s newest seafood destination. The village is home to the famous Sofitel hotel and the Manila Film Center, and features a beach walk and sand bar, and unique boutiques. It also offers numerous alfresco dining options where you can take in a breathtaking sunset over Manila Bay while enjoying your favourite seafood dishes.
The village features restaurants like The Country Crab, Asian Taste featuring Chinese cuisine, and Samgy Garden offering Korean BBQ and shabu-shabu. The village offers a high-end dampa experience where almost all of the restaurants offer paluto or cooking service where you buy your seafood fresh from the market and they cook it for you at the restaurant.
The Seafood Market
You will find a clean and well-organized wet market. Purchase your seafood here for your restaurant to cook. If you are savvy enough, you can bargain for a better price with the vendors.

Ask the vendors to help you find the best restaurant if you don’t have a reservation. They know the place well and have a good relationship with the restaurants. Gracie Seafoods helped us find a restaurant despite the fact the place was packed with people.
Cha Wang Milk Tea
Aside from seafood, a refreshment kiosk also sits in the middle. I found one of my favourite drinks at Cha Wang Milk Tea. It was refreshing and delicious. Seating is available in their dining area or on the plant boxes. Rest and relax here after a long day’s walk along the seawall.
Samgy Gargen – All you can eat Korean BBQ
Besides seafood, you will find Samgy Garden, an all-you-can-eat Korean barbeque restaurant also known as Samgyupsal. Wagyu Shabu-shabu is also available. Samgy Garden requires a reservation via the EAT APP booking system. You can make a reservation here.
Mazu Seaside Diner – Asian fusion
Looking for something different? Mazu Seaside Diner serves fusion Asian cuisine. They offer cooking or paluto services, ala cart, or a set menu. It is a great place to bring a date.
Asian Taste – Chinese seafood restaurant
Enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine at Asian Taste. This establishment prepares many Chinese seafood dishes like salted egg crab, tempura, salt pepper squid, sweet and sour lapu-lapu. The chefs are from Hong Kong with very accommodating staff and we even got free dessert.
TCC (The Country Crab) – Filipino Cuisine
TCC or The Country Crab cooks up your local favorites featuring Filipino American food. Their cooking fees are very reasonable at 300pesos per kilo or 500 for TCC preference.
