Experience Food, Music, and Hotair Balloon in AURORA FESTIVAL

The Hot Air Balloon Festival in Clark, Pampanga is an annual event that began in 1994. This phenomenal event provided us with a colorful experience that would make everybody feel like a kid all over again. As a result of the pandemic, the event was put on hold. Moreover, most of the celebrations and businesses were at a pause as the crisis arrived. But the wait is now over, the Clark Hot Air Balloon, Food & Music Festival returns to Clark Global City on June 10 and 11 after a one-year hiatus caused by the COVID-19. Finally, they resumed the celebration as the restrictions are getting loose. Thus, our group went for the first day of the festival (June 10 2022). It was indeed an exciting moment after waiting for a long time. However, the unorganized program threw us off the rocks.

What went wrong this time?

There were not enough martials, disordered lines (just 2 lines), and we had to wait for 4 hours under the heat of the sun before they let us in. The performers were good and it would’ve been perfect if not with the very chaotic organization of program. In addition, we had to wait 30 more mins in addition to the 4 hours because in the middle of the program, organizers decided not to let any more kids in. Which would’ve cause waste of money for the ticket and a lot of angry parents. In the end, the martials had no choice since a lot of adults with kids were getting furious and causing more tension in the entrance. Did I mention that there were only 5 hotair balloons available too (unlike before there were more than 10)? Hopefully next year, the program will be organized and better.
