New World Hotel – Buffet at Café 1228

New World Hotel is one of the 5-star luxury hotels in Metro Manila, Cafe 1228 is located adjacent to the hotel lobby.  There are several dining restaurants are available inside this hotel depending on your need and preference and ours was Café 1228 – all you can eat buffet.

Before we end our year 2020, we decided to have a lunch buffet at Café 1228 at New World Hotel. During our reservation inquiry, they immediately offer us their promotional lunch buffet for Php 1288 net per pax which really made a great deal but only until December 30, 2021.

Buffet Rate and details

The regular rate for lunch and dinner buffet is Php 3000 net and kids below 6 are free of charge while aged 6 to 12 are Php 1500 per pax.  Café 1228 features a lavish buffet and five interactive cooking stations, plus a full à la carte menu for all-day dining. Beer and wines are not included in the buffet rate, it’s an additional Php 588.

You need to start your plan by making reservations by contacting them to get a slot. They do not accommodate walk-in clients due to pandemic health protocol and guest capacity is very limited.

Guests can relish the restaurant’s signature dishes from Western, Asian, to local Filipino. Most of their foods are prepared in a matter of minutes when the guest requests whether seafood, noodle, roast beef. Meanwhile, other cooked dishes are on top of the induction cooker to keep it warm. This ensures freshness, healthy, and safety, especially this time of Pandemic.
