The bustling streets of Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Manila, Philippines, have introduced the emergence of two extraordinary landmarks that have redefined the sportswear retail landscape. The Nike Fort and Jordan Manila. These iconic concept stores, stand as a new standard for footwear shopping experiences. Now captivating the hearts of enthusiasts and sneaker aficionados alike. In May 2022, BGC welcomed the spectacular addition of Nike Fort. A gigantic concept store spanning an impressive 14,000 square feet. More than a mere retail outlet, Nike Fort is an architectural marvel that blends sport, fashion, and cutting-edge technology to create an immersive environment. As you step inside, the store’s design exudes a harmonious fusion of modern aesthetics and dynamic visual elements. The embodiment of Nike’s and the city’s vibrant energy. Beyond its breathtaking architecture, Nike Fort offers an interactive shopping experience that bridges the physical and digital realms.
Interactive zones invite visitors to engage with state-of-the-art screens, virtual try-on, and personalized product recommendations. Redefining the way we explore and connect with sportswear. For sneaker enthusiasts, the store is a haven, featuring an extensive collection that traces Nike’s evolution and showcases iconic classics alongside the latest releases. The women’s section is situated on the first floor of Nike Fort. The store is designed to be inclusive with both stairs and an elevator for easy access to the men’s section. Furthermore, the flagship store is divided into three main areas for Nike fans to enjoy. These are The Experience Studio, the Sports Hub, and the City Replay Zone. Moreover, the store features a small basketball court with hardwood flooring and equipment that visitors can freely use. Providing added convenience, the store also offers a concierge service to assist customers in booking styling services and sports activities across the city.
Jordan Manila
Just a short walk away from Nike Fort is another jewel in BGC’s crown – Jordan Manila. Since its grand opening in December 2021, this innovative concept store has captured the essence of basketball heritage and urban culture. Paying homage to the enduring legacy of Michael Jordan. The store spans approximately 4,500 square feet. Designed to resemble a basketball court, complete with hardwood flooring and hoop installations. The heartbeat of Jordan Manila is the curated collection of Air Jordan sneakers that grace its shelves. From the legendary Air Jordan 1, which sparked a revolution, to the latest advancements in performance footwear, the store encapsulates the rich lineage of the Air Jordan brand. Beyond retail, Jordan Manila serves as a community hub, hosting events, workshops, and clinics that unite basketball enthusiasts and foster a sense of camaraderie. Making its way as Southeast Asia’s largest Jordan Brand Store.
It’s more than a store. It’s a space where people come together to celebrate their passion for basketball and urban lifestyle. They offer a variety of items for men, women, and kids. What’s even cooler is their Custom 23 styling service, which lets you personalize your Jordan products just the way you want. Plus, they’ve got amazing designs from famous artists that you can have on laces, tees, and more. Head up to the rooftop, and you’ll discover a basketball court featuring an incredible mural by artist Kimou Meyer. The mural captures the essence of basketball with two figures engaged in a one-on-one game, all in striking colors. During its grand opening last December 3, the Jordan Store in Manila unveiled the super limited Air Jordan 4 Retro Manila Edition Sneakers. With only 150 pairs up for grabs, these sneakers are a real treasure for avid sneaker collectors.
