Via Bus
- Identify the bus terminals in Metro Manila that have direct routes to Baguio City. The commonly used terminals are Victory Liner in Cubao, Pasay, or Sampaloc, and Genesis Transport in Pasay.
- Check their schedules for Baguio City-bound buses. For faster transactions, it’s better to book a ticket online

- Take NLEX from Metro Manila and continue on to SCTEX.
- Exit SCTEX at Tarlac City and follow the signs leading to McArthur Highway or the Pan-Philippine Highway.
- Continue driving along McArthur Highway until you reach the city of Rosario, La Union.
- Take the Marcos Highway (Kennon Road) from Rosario, La Union, which leads directly to Baguio City. However, during the rainy season, locals close Kennon Road for safety purposes due to landslides in the area.
